Shortly after takeoff from Farnborough Airport, at a height of about 100 feet, the pilot lost control of the airplane that crashed on the RAF cookhouse. The passenger was injured and the pilot was killed.

Circumstances:
The pilot departed Portsmouth on a solo flight. While completing hazardous manoeuvres, he lost control of the airplane that crashed in a field in Fairfield Nurseries, Wych Lane, near Gosport. The pilot Peter A. Nicholas was injured and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
Probable cause:
The pilot was fined for dangerous flying.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed Hamble on a local training flight, carrying one cadet and one instructor. En route, the airplane went out of control, entered a dive and crashed in a pasture in Nursling, northwest of Southampton. The aircraft was destroyed and both occupants were killed. The cadet was making his first flight as a pupil of the Hampshire Aeroplane Club which he had joined in the morning.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed Croydon on a special mission on behalf of the Royal Air Force. While cruising at night at an altitude of 8,000 feet in stormy weather, the twin engine aircraft entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in a pasture located near the RAF Stoney Cross. All five occupants were killed.

Probable cause:
