Circumstances:
At 0400LT, the pilot completed several flights in the area of Ajikabul to perform spraying missions over cotton fields. He allowed two passengers to embark and made some tours before having lunch during which he has drunk vodka. Then, he took off again and while making a low pass, a horse was afraid and hurt a young boy aged 13-14. After landing, the pilot was informed of this and decided to transfer the boy to an hospital in Salyan. On approach to Salyan, the airplane was not properly aligned with the runway so the pilot initiated a go around when the aircraft stalled and crashed. The boy escaped unhurt, the accompanying person was slightly injured and the pilot was seriously wounded. He died from injuries sustained at the end of the afternoon.
Probable cause:
The pilot lost control of the airplane while initiating a go around procedure because the airplane' speed was insufficient.

Circumstances:
While approaching Shaki on a cargo flight from Yevlakh, the airplane entered an area of fog. The pilot elected to return when the airplane impact the slope of a mountain and was destroyed. All three occupants were killed.
Probable cause:
Controlled flight into terrain after the pilot violated several rules of the air manual.
The following contributing factors were identified:
- Lack of discipline at the airport of Yevlakh,
- The aircraft was 250 kg overweight at the time of the accident.

Circumstances:
The crew departed Yevlakh Airport at 0840LT on a local training flight. Bound to the north. the crew encountered limited visibility due to low clouds. The pilot-in-command saw a mountain and attempted to gain height when the airplane impacted the slope of Mt Chavurdasy located north of the village of Kichik-Dekhna. The wreckage was found at an altitude of 750 metres and both pilots were killed.
Probable cause:
The accident was the consequence of the decision of the crew to perform a training flight without prior permission and without any information about the weather conditions en route.

Circumstances:
The aircraft departed Baku on a regular service to Tiflis (Tbilisi), carrying three passengers and two crew members. En route to Ganzhda and Yevlakh, the pilot encountered poor visibility due to foggy conditions. He reduced his altitude in an attempt to maintain a visual contact with the ground and followed the railway line. Approaching Göyçay, at a height below 30 metres, he realized he was facing trees so he initiated a sharp turn to the right when the aircraft impacted poplar trees. The right wing was partially torn off and the aircraft crashed. A female passenger was injured while four other occupants were killed.
Probable cause:
Overconfidence and lack of discipline on part of the captain who decided to continue the flight at a too low and unsafe altitude in poor visibility due to foggy conditions.

Circumstances:
Following an uneventful flight from Tiflis (Tbilisi), the crew initiated the descent to Baku at dusk. On final, in total obscurity, the airplane was too low when it collided with a telegraphic pole and crashed one km from the airport. The mechanic survived while three other occupants were killed.
Probable cause:
The decision of the captain to continue the approach at dusk (poor visibility) followed by a loss of orientation. The decision of the company to allow the crew to leave Tiflis while it was obviously too late.
