The airplane departed RAF Lindholme at 2315LT on November 10 to bomb a power station in Mannheim. It crashed in unknown circumstances into the sea. A crew member survived and became PoW while three others were killed.

The airplane departed RAF Scampton on the evening of November 10 on an operation to Danzig. It was last heard while flying 30 miles east of the Norfolk coast when it was lost without trace. All four crew members were killed.

The airplane departed RAF Scampton on a mine laying operation off Lorient. While taking off at night, it crashed into a Nissen hut located near one of the dispersal pans, bursting into flames. All four crew members escaped with minor injuries while three people in the Nissen hut were killed, a fourth was seriously injured.

The airplane departed RAF Hemswell in the evening of November 8 on an operation to Munich. While returning to its base at night, the airplane suffered an engine and was abandoned. It crashed five miles short of runway and was destroyed. There were no injuries.

The airplane departed RAF Scampton on the evening of November 8 on an operation to Munich. While returning to base at night, the crew abandoned the aircraft that crashed 4 miles west of RAF Hemswell. The aircraft was destroyed and all four crew members were uninjured.

The airplane departed RAF Lindholme at 2100LT on November 7 on an operation to Essen. The following morning, the airplane crashed near RAF West Raynham after all requests to land were refused or ignored. All four crew members were uninjured.

The airplane departed RAF Lindholme at 2333LT on November 5 to bomb a synthetic oil mills at Magdeburg. While returning to his base in the early morning, the crew encountered severe icing conditions when the airplane crashed in an open field located in Agelo. All four crew members were killed.

The airplane departed RAF Hemswell on an operation of the Kiel Bay. It crashed in unknown circumstances into the Kiel Canal (Kaiser Wilhelm Kanal). All four crew members were killed.
