Circumstances:
The crew was completing a local low-level training exercice out from RAF Wattisham. In flight, the crew lost control of the airplane that crashed in a pasture located in Barking Tye, two miles east of the airbase. A crew member was seriously injured and the second was killed.

The twin engine airplane departed RAF Wyton at 1110LT on a reconnaissance mission. While approaching Heligoland Island, the aircraft collided with a second RAF Blenheim registered N6145 and also carrying three crew members. Both aircraft entered a dive and crashed into the sea. All six crew members in both aircraft were killed.

Shortly after takeoff from RAF Church Fenton, the airplane encountered difficulties to gain height. It impacted trees located 700 yards past the runway end, stalled and crashed. Both crew members were killed.
