Circumstances:
Few minutes after takeoff from Croydon Airport, the crew encountered technical problems and elected to make an emergency landing. The aircraft impacted trees and crashed in a field. All 10 occupants evacuated safely and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Crew was engaged in a training mission. Shortly after takeoff, while climbing to a height of 150 feet, aircraft dove into the ground. All three crew were killed.

The accident was ascribed to an error of judgment on the part of the pilot, and the jury returned a verdict of "Accidental Death.
