Circumstances:
The crew as completing a local training at RAF Hemswell. On final approach, one of the engine failed. The airplane stalled and crashed short of runway, coming to rest against a hedge. All three crew members were injured and the airplane was damaged beyond repair.
Probable cause:
Engine failure on final approach.

Circumstances:
The crew was completing a night training sortie at RAF Hemswell. On final approach, the pilot missed the flare path, causing the aircraft to undershoot the runway. Upon impact, the undercarriage were torn off and the airplane crashed. There were no casualties.

Shortly after takeoff from RAF Waddington, one of the engine failed. The pilot attempted an emergency landing when the aircraft belly landed in a pasture located 5 km south of the airfield. All three crew members were uninjured and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
