Circumstances:
During the takeoff run, at high speed, an undercarriage collapsed. The airplane skidded on runway and eventually came to rest. Both pilots were uninjured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
Probable cause:
Undercarriage collapsed during takeoff.
