Circumstances:
Shortly after takeoff from Patuxent River NAS, while in initial climb, the airplane stalled and crashed. Both pilots were killed while all five passengers were injured. The aircraft was destroyed.
Probable cause:
Failure of the left engine shortly after rotation.
