Circumstances:
The airplane departed RAF Talbenny on a flight to RAF Northolt. On board were six crew members and nine passengers, all of them Czech nationals who were flying to London to celebrate the Czech National Day. On final approach to RAF Northolt, at a height of about 400-600 feet, the pilot initiated a steep turn to the left when the airplane stalled and crashed near the Ruislip Station, less than 2 km short of runway. The airplane crashed onto several houses and exploded on impact. All 15 occupants as well as six people on the ground, including four children, were killed.
