Circumstances:
The airplane named 'Wageningen' departed RAF Bircham Newton at 2300LT on May 29 for a strike on a convoy off the Frisian Islands. Approaching the target area, it went out of control and crashed into the sea some 20 km north of Ameland Island. All four crew members were killed.
