Circumstances:
Shortly after takeoff from the Qingdao Bay, while climbing, the aircraft caught fire, exploded and crashed into the sea. A crew member was killed while the aircraft was destroyed by fire.
Probable cause:
Explosion of a JATO bottle just after rotation.
