Circumstances:
The airplane was completing an ambulance flight from Novgorod (Yuryevo) to Dobrosti, carrying two wounded soldiers and one pilot. It was shot down by a German fighter and crashed near Lake Ilmen. Both passengers were killed and the pilot was injured.
