Circumstances:
The crew departed Horsham (RAF Horsham St Faith) on a training flight to RAF Bircham Newton. During the takeoff roll, one of the engine failed. The airplane went out of control, veered of runway, lost its undercarriage and came to a halt. All four crew members were rescued, among them three were injured.
