Circumstances:
The crew was engaged in a local training exercise that was consisting of touch and go manoeuvre. After an umpteenth take off, while climbing to a height of 200 feet, the aircraft stalled, hit a fence and crashed near the runway. All eleven occupants escaped with minor injuries and the airplane was damaged beyond repair.
