Circumstances:
During the takeoff roll, the crew mistakenly raised the landing gear before liftoff. The airplane sank on its belly and came to rest. All three occupants were unhurt and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
Probable cause:
Undercarriage raised prematurely during takeoff.
