The airplane collided with a German Air Force Focke-Wulf Fw.58 Weihe and crashed in Stralsund. Three crew members were killed and a fourth was injured.

While flying in marginal weather conditions (light snow), the airplane crashed under unknown circumstances near the village of Astrup. All four crew members were killed.

Crashed in unknown circumstances in Haffkrug, about 20 km north of Lübeck. Three crew members were killed and a fourth was injured.

The airplane departed RAF Dishforth at 1703LT on a leaflet dropping mission over Germany (Nickel operation). It was shot down by a Me.110 and crashed in Meppen. Four crew members were killed and a fifth became PoW.

The crew was engaged in a local test flight when the floatplane crashed while taking off from the bay off Travemünde. All four occupants were injured.

Shortly after takeoff from Friedrichshafen, en route to Athens, the floatplane crashed in unknown circumstances in the Bodensee. All six crew members were killed.

The airplane departed RAF Elsham Wolds at 1742LT on an operation to Hamburg. It was shot down by the German Flak and crashed in Hollenstedt. Five crew members were killed and a sixth was injured and became PoW.

The airplane departed RAF Bottesford at 1709LT on an operation to Hamburg. While approaching the German coast, it was shot down by the pilot of a German fighter. The captain reduced his altitude and attempted an emergency landing in a field. The aircraft crash landed near Jever AFB and was damaged beyond repair. Five crew members were injured and a sixth was killed.
