En route from Trondheim to Bodø, the three engine floatplane crashed in unknown circumstances in a valley located in Risvika, 7 km west of Salsbruket. The airplane was destroyed and all 17 occupants were wounded. Two days later, a passenger died from injuries sustained.

En route from Sofia to Thessaloniki, the crew encountered marginal weather conditions when the airplane impacted the slope of a mountain (1,800 metres high) located south of Gabrene. The wreckage was found near the border with Greece. The airplane named 'Otto von Beaulieu-Marconay' was destroyed and all 14 occupants were killed.

After takeoff from the bay of Hommelvik, south of Trondheim, the three engine airplane encountered difficulties to gain height. The crew was forced to attempt an emergency landing when the floatplane crash landed in Dølan, south of Hommelvik. The airplane was damaged beyond repair and all four crew members were uninjured.

The airplane was unable to climb because it was overloaded.
