During the takeoff roll at Abbotsford Airport in poor weather conditions, the crew apparently decided to abort the takeoff procedure for unknown reason. The airplane veered off runway, lost its undercarriage and came to rest in a snow covered fruit plantation. Four occupants were slightly injured while six others were unhurt. The aircraft was damaged beyond repair. At the time of the accident, weather conditions were marginal with snow falls.
