Circumstances:
Shortly after take off, while climbing, the crew informed ground that an engine failed and attempted to return. On approach, the crew did not receive the permission to land as another Vickers Wellington was obstructing the runway. From a height of some 150 feet, the crew elected to make a go around but the aircraft stalled and crashed short of runway. All six crew members were injured and the aircraft was written off.
