Circumstances:
On approach to Hangzhou, crew reduced his altitude due to low visibility caused by foggy conditions. Captain was unable to locate the landing area in the Hangzhou Bay so decided to perform a go around. During last turn, while flying too low, the float plane hit a hill and crashed. All eleven occupants were injured while the aircraft was destroyed.
