Circumstances:
Crew left Paris-Le Bourget Airport at 0525LT bound for London. On approach to Croydon Airport, fog reduced visibility and the crew decided to reduce his altitude to maintain a visual contact with the ground. Aircraft hit a tree and crashed in the parking lot of an Hotel located in Selsdon Park, Surrey. While the copilot was seriously injured, the captain Gustave Demeuldre was killed.
