Circumstances:
Few minutes after takeoff from Buenos Aires by night, crew encountered foggy conditions. Captain decided to reduce his altitude to maintain a visual contact with water surface. Aircraft hit a wave and flipped over before coming to rest. A passenger was seriously injured while all three other occupants were killed.
