Circumstances:
The crew was performing a cargo flight from Königsberg (now Kaliningrad) to Berlin on behalf of the German Railway Company. While overflying Pommern by night, crew encountered unknown technical problems and elected to make an emergency landing. The three engine aircraft eventually crashed in an open field located in Rackitt, near Pyritz (now Pyrzyce). All five crew were killed.
