Circumstances:
The crew was performing a cargo flight from Aalborg to Stavanger-Sola Airport with a load of oil barrels on board. While cruising in poor weather conditions, the three engine aircraft hit a mountain slope located near Birkeland and was destroyed in impact. All four crew members were killed.
