Aircraft was performing a private tour when enroute, crew decided to divert to Ohakea AFB due to weather deterioration. On final approach, when full flap was selected, aircraft rolled from left to right. Pilots could not control the aircraft which hit violently the runway surface and came to rest. While all occupants were uninjured, aircraft was considered as damaged beyond repair.
Failure of the port flap jack linkage eye-bolt which caused an asymmetrical flap condition. Aircraft thus became out of control.
