Circumstances:
On an aerial survey flight at low height over hilly terrain near Pavlodarm, the aircraft got caught in a strong downstream and the crew counter-acted too late so that the left main wheel and the left lower wing touched the slope of a hill. The crew managed to make a forced landing at Shoptykol where the aircraft sustained further damage. All 3 crew and 3 passengers escaped unhurt while the aircraft was declared damaged beyond economical repair by "Aviaremont".
