The airplane departed Prague-Kbely Airport on a training exercise. En route, the crew encountered technical problems and the pilot was apparently attempting an emergency landing when the airplane impacted trees and crashed, bursting into flames. All four crew members were killed.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed Pardubice Airport on a training exercise with four crew members on board. While flying in marginal weather conditions, it went out of control and crashed in an open field located 500 metres from the village of Zbyslavec. The airplane was destroyed and all four crew members were injured. The next day, one of the survivors died from injuries sustained.

One of the engine caught fire in flight. After passing over Rokytnice nad Jizerou, the pilot made a 180 turn then the airplane went out of control and crashed in Studenov. All three crew members were killed as well as two people on the ground.
